Cricket Club of India (CCI) is located on Dinsha Wacha Road, near Churchgate in Mumbai, India.

If the legacy of the city known as Bombay (and now renamed Mumbai) is represented by many precious jewels, the Cricket Club of India (CCI for short) will indeed be one amongst them.

The history of the early years of the formation of CCI and the construction of the Brabourne Stadium is an emotional and inspiring story of the never-say-die spirit of the few good men who came together to realize a dream on behalf of every Indian sports lover.

The Cricket Club of India was founded in 1933, its promoters largely comprising of those who had promoted the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 1928.
